Dear customers, after the registration the team will confirm the availability of the vehicle and will send you a payment link for a couple's advance payment of €2000 for the 2024 season. The vehicle will be held for you for up to 48 hours. This form does not constitute registration for the trip - final approval will be received by the team based on availability and after the down payment.
Registration & Payment:
1. Down payment – After the registration, the customer will pay an advance payment of €2000 per couple for the 2024 season. Advance payment for the 2023 season is subject to the company’s conditions at the time of registration.
2. 50% of the cost of the vacation – the payment has to be settled up to 120 days before the trip.
3. 100% of the cost of the vacation – the payment has to be settled up to 60 days before the trip.
Cancellations & Changes:
1. Up to 30 working days before the trip – without cancellation fees.
2. Betwen 30 & 7 working days before the trip – a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
3. Within 7 working days before the trip – a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
4. Canceling or changing the date or upgrading the flight or changing the destination or passenger name on the flight ticket will be subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.
